1. Sales Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time)
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of YourKlein. You’ll help customers find the perfect pieces of jewellery, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the store is always presented beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in choosing jewellery and provide expert advice
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle transactions and keep the store organised

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is desirable, but not essential
  • A passion for jewellery and fashion
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

2. Jeweller (Full-Time)
Are you an experienced jeweller with a passion for designing, repairing, and maintaining jewellery? At YourKlein, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to our collection of unique, handcrafted jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft, repair, and restore jewellery pieces
  • Work with various materials such as gold, silver, and gemstones
  • Collaborate with the design team on new creations
  • Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in jewellery making and repairs
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

3. Marketing and Communications Officer (Part-Time/Full-Time)
As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will help us strengthen our brand and increase our visibility. From social media to email campaigns, you will play a key role in engaging with our customers and promoting our unique jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Assist with email campaigns and customer outreach
  • Collaborate with the team on promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or communications is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
  • Creative, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
